A Mirage?

Faith inside, viewed outside,
A reflection pool of inner self.

A mirage?

Moments cast rivulets
Other eyes see.
Faith awaits
From a once dormant state,
Inside you, inside me.

Our outward flow must stem
From His Spirit living.
A perpetual knowledge
His increase to us, ever giving.

His all-seeing gaze,
Views our meandering,
From within, from above.
Faith sets her feet in the sand,
Making ready to sail towards love.

We find ourselves,
The ebb to His flow.
A mustard seed finds a pod,
Hope rows.

No longer tumultuous
After moon pining.
Peace dawns in us anew,
Towards Him glorifying.

His current sweeps us,
We join together – one body, free!
That dormant mirage
Made swollen stream,
Now turned sea.

Small pool of water
