Fountain of Youth

Can aging gracefully
Be a matter of the heart?
By which youth returns,
And striving departs?

I think it can,
I think you’ll see
The heart made right,
And quite lovely.

For joy itself
Is a fountain of youth.
Laughter’s music
Will worries smooth.

Hope of knowing
Who holds tomorrow.
No longer bound
To earthly sorrows.

As our awesome God
Holds you close to Him
-A thought away
-A light for your grin.

Your future now
Fully grasped in His hands.
Our Fountain of Youth,
Does eternity plan.

Drawn mountain scenery and meadow with stick figure by a fountain

These last days,
Fill them with much joy.
He is our Craftsman
And we His alloy.

Regret cannot hold
A candle to hope.
Put faith in your sight,
Align your scope.

Fully put all of your trust
Once again in Him.
He cheers you on,
And guarantees the win.
