Thank you for your patience during this revision. As an Indie Author, there has definitely been a learning curve for me.
– Software to learn
– Publishing platforms to learn
– Reader feedback to receive and implement.
But, all in all it has been a pleasant project, and I hope you like the new revisions.

I decided to keep the lion as the cover for this book. I wanted to portray an image as it relates to Jesus, “The Lion of the tribe of Judah” (Revelation 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hat prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.)

He had you at belief old cover; Yellow background with head of a lion on it

At a glance, at the Cover and Title, what is your first impression? Confusion? That is certainly not my intention if there is confusion.

How, besides the cross can one represent Christ? At least image wise. I am not fond of using human images, so the lion is the route I chose. The Title: He Had You at Belief, may cause a double take but I wanted to drive hope to Christians that, He did have you at belief and He will continue His work in you to completion. We must have faith in this.

This revision includes 3 new poems; taking it from 19 to 22 poems total.
– As Family We Sing
– Loving Arm
– Storms in Our Life

In Christ we have Unity. I want to see more people stepping forward in faith toward His promises, and then turning to their communities, their families and reaching out to provide hope to others. This may mean stepping outside ones comfort zone, but when our eye is on Christ and our heart is open, He will equip us.

I hope you enjoy these revisions.

The poems: Legacy, The Worker, Stop Limiting Jesus, and He Had You at Belief remain some of my favorites. I hope you too, will have favorites that you lovingly refer back to.

Claim His promises!

In His service,
