It’s For You!

Awake now, sleeper!
You’d best not be remiss.
Jesus awaits you with greetings,
And a heavenly kiss.

He pines for you!
Open your heart, let Him in.
Repent, confess Him Lord,
Let Him cleanse you of sin.

He tunes us and preps us,
Oft from out of the blue.
Let Him mold you, and draw you
Ever closer to true.

“Don’t know Him,” you say?
Well, won’t you give Him a view?

He’s hope eternal, found earth-side;
Knock, knock; it’s for you!

Scripture reference:
Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
